Help! My Tv will not factory reset using remote or power and volume down

I am.hoping someone cab help me out . My tv keeps powering off every now and again so I decided to do a factory reset.

I've tried using it settings and resetting I click on yes and nothing happens

Tried using the buttons in the back of tv power and volume down and green light flashes I leave go but its still the same

Tried to remove apps and the apps show uninstalled but when tv restarts all apps are still there. I've added a pic of the model and version.

Version seems to be up to date according to the tv settings.

Update the firmware on your TV to ver 5.547.

Scroll down the page and read the section on resetting your TV.

Thanks I followed the instructions and saying on tv its up to date.

I may have to update it via USB to see if it resolves my issue

Hey, the software version on your TV is indeed out dated as @daveyh64 said. If you're not able to download it via internet, you'll need to do that via a USB. It is all explained in the link provided. I hope this helps
