They both are priced identically on currys, both look like they have exact same specs, but cant see what the difference is?

In very general terms, the higher the number (94) the better the spec. You need to carefully compare specifications below. A very quick scan shows different Remotes, Rich Colour Enhancer, built in Mic on the 94. There may be others. Sometimes (may not be in this case) slightly different stands.

Also, one of them will be a Sony only exclusive on their online store, I believe it's only the 94S.
