Next tiles for SVTplay gray in Home app

For some time now the next tiles for the app SVTPlay on the home screen has been just gray. Normally the should show a preview picture.

I have tried:

1. Restart the tv

2. to clear the cache for SVTPlay

3. uninstall/reinstall SVTPlay

4. removed and readded updates for the Home app

Hey HackerBaloo, what's the current software version? You can get it by pressing the Help button and going to system info.

Also, is this a pre-installed app? Do you have the same problem with any other app?

Software version: PKG6.5076.0635EUA

And the SVTPlay app is not preinstalled, but probably everyone in Sweden have it installed.

Hey there, did you try for force stop the app and remove the updates for it? Or, have you completely removed it and reinstalled it again?
