topic APPs in Android TV

Just purchased Sony Android TV I am having trouble opening BBC I Player and ITV Hub. I enable the Apps then open

and then i get terms and conditions I press for that and the Apps close.Can anyone help me open them.I have no problem with others. Thanks⛳

Maybe Try Opening PlayStore And See If They Have Any Updates. You Can Find The PlayStore In APPS-SEE ALL APPS-SHOW SYSTEM APPS. Hope This Is Helpful.

Hey @Pocket, you can try resetting the TV from the mains and remove any external devices connected, it helps with erasing extra electricity that would cause bugs. Also which TV model have you got?

I've Got KD-55X81JU.

I've Done A Factory Reset And Disabled The Apps I Dont Use. I've Also Un-installed Apps Which I Dont Use. How Often Do You Do A Factory Reset?
