I have two new Sony TVs (X90J and X89J) both are Google TV, and I have been using it to watch DLNA contents. Yesterday, I moved the files around in the server. Both TVs were unable to get the updated list of contents from the server with its Media player app.

I have tried manually refresh the server, and also restarted it. Actually other DLNA apps can see the new contents properly - such as the VLC installed on the two TVs, but not the Media player app come with the TV.

I have also tried to force stop the Media player, cleared its data and cache. But that didn’t help either. Is there anyway to trigger the Media Server app to refresh the list of contents?

thx

Hey Pennywood, try something basic as disconnecting everything and unplugging the TV from the mains and restarting your network. See how that goes.
