,The last few days my screen may turn to blank after some time. While this happens audio continues to play. You can change channels, increase/decrease volume etc. When I mean blank I do not mean off: it seems that the panel is ON (you can see a slight "glow" on the panel), but no display. You must remove power from the TV to work again. I have the latest firmware (installed May 2021). I also did a factory reset and the strange thing is when the TV started again and the Android logo appeared (after the Sony one), a couple of seconds later the screen went blank again and you could only hear the initial music that the setup screen has...

The last two days I have removed my Sandisk USB flash drive (which I use for recording) from the TV and the TV hasn't had that problem yet. FYI I am using this drive since day one (3 years ago). Any ideas?

Hey there,

Just make sure that the TV is up to date: https://bit.ly/3atdlvB.
And you might want to try a factory reset for it, and test it once more: https://bit.ly/3M4WTCH.

Hope it helps.
