My Android TV with You view enabled states ITV hub not compatible. Shows the app but limited shows available none from ITV

Hi @inessex What is the full model number of your TV? It would also help if you could let us have the software version.

Thanks for comig back.

TV is KD-49XF9005. Software is up to date.

I am not sure I have been able to get ITV hub in the past but I feel I have.

The app is available. When opened it looks very different to when I open it on my phone and PC. only having some of the ITV chanels showing. Not main ITV. When going on this I am asked to register my location. After I am sent to BRITBOX login.

Sorry not to come back to you.

Afraid didn't help so I got in touch with ITV hub help. They suggested clearing the cach of the Youview. (I had previously cleared the TV app). This worked.

Couple of points to note the ITV app page is very different to that on my Phone, PC and tablet.

The other is it is annoying that the cach needs to be emptied every 12 months or so. Just want to watch TV. Again thanks for your assistance.
