What is the exact difference between low and high power saving modes in Sony Bravia android tvs other than dimming the brightness. I couldn't find any detail anywhere

I am wondering the very same? What do these Eco power saving settings actually do?

I have already set the TV to power off at a set time...

I contacted Sony support and they confirmed that it enhances the black levels; High being a better overall enhancement and choosing Off will brighten the screen.

They also provided me with this link.
