kd55xe9005 wont turn on - Solid Blue Illumination Light

Gents,

Could you please help me out?

When I went to turn my TV (kd55xe9005) on this morning it was non responsive and all I can see is a Solid Blue Illumination LED Light instead of Red, White etc? The Screen is black/ Powered off but the blue LED under the Sony logo appears ( no blinking)

Does anyone know what this code is?

I have tried hard resetting, soft resetting, removing all HDMI and sounbar cables and still at a loss!

Has anyone had this problem before? I only purchased this TV 6 weeks ago and am beginning to think theres a fault!

Hi, I have the same issue, did you get yours sorted? If so how?
