TV no longer auto switches to HDMI channel

My KD-65XD8599 no longer switches to the HDMI channel when i turn on my blu ray player (Panasonic DMP-UB300), it has always done the switch until about a week ago. I'm pretty sure i haven't changed any settings on either device but was wondering if anyone knows what the problem might be. It's not a major issue obviously as i can manually change the input but rather an annoyance.

Hoping somebody may have some advice or a solution.

Welcome to the Sony Community.

Apart from the Blu-ray player, have you got other devices connected?

If two or more devices are connected to the TV by HDMI, the input does not automatically switch.
